Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - The Corruption Eradication Commission will summon the Deputy Governor of Lampung, Chusnunia Chalim, to clarify regarding his State Administration Asset Report. Allegedly, Chusnunia did not report his assets when he was a member of the People's Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia and East Lampung Regent.

In the State Administration Wealth Report that was reported to the Corruption Eradication Commission, Chusnunia Chalim has assets worth more than IDR 13.6 billion. Nunik, who is familiarly known as Chusnunia Chalim, was asked to attend the Corruption Eradication Commission building, Jakarta, on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

"It is true that the State Administration Wealth Report (Deputy Governor of Lampung) clarified later on Wednesday, May 17, 2023," said Head of the Corruption Eradication Commission's Reporting Section, Ali Fikri. Monday, 15 May 2023.

The Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the Corruption Eradication Commission, Pahala Nainggolan, expressed the same thing, that the Deputy Governor of Lampung Chusnunia Chalim would be summoned to the Corruption Eradication Commission's office.

Pahala said the chairman of the PKB Regional Leadership Council (DPW) for Lampung Province was scheduled to be invited to the Corruption Eradication Commission to clarify the State Administration Wealth Report on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

"Yes, the Deputy Governor to (clarify) the State Administration Assets Report," said Pahala. Monday, May 15, 2023. Even so, Pahala did not explain further about the Report on the Wealth of the Administration of the State of Nunik, whether irregularities were found or deemed not according to profile. "Be patient," said Pahala briefly.

Quoted from the State Administration Wealth Report on the Corruption Eradication Commission's official website for the 2021 period, Chusnunia is recorded as having a total wealth of IDR 13,663,133,913. From land and building assets, Nunik's total wealth is IDR 6,887,100,000. Meanwhile, from the means of transportation and machinery worth IDR 425,000,000. As well as cash and cash equivalents of IDR 6,351,033,913.

Nunik's assets increased by IDR 1.3 billion more than in 2020 with a total wealth of IDR 12,267,546,300. Nunik's assets include a self-produced 2010 Honda Accord worth Rp. 125,000,000, and a 2014 Toyota Alphard luxury MPV car self-produced worth Rp. 300,000,000.

Chairman of the Lampung Corruption Watch (LCW), Juendi Leksa Utama, said the summons was suspected to be related to data on the State Administration Assets Report of Chusnunia Chalim as long as he was an incomplete state administrator listed on the e-LHKPN website.

Juendi said, from the website managed by the Corruption Eradication Commission, data reporting on the State Administration Asset Report belonging to Chusnunia Chalim was only listed when he served as Deputy Governor of Lampung.

"In fact, the person concerned was already a member of the People's Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, then served again as East Lampung Regent. Now what is listed on the Corruption Eradication Commission's website is only the State Administration Assets Report when the person concerned is the Deputy Governor of Lampung. Supposedly as a state administrator, reports on his assets when he was a member of the People's Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia and the Regent were also submitted and published so that the public could monitor them," said Juendi. Monday, 15 May 2023.

Juendi hopes that the Corruption Eradication Commission will not only work to clarify assets, moreover only to satisfy the public.

"If we take a look, the examination of the person concerned has a wedge with the hectic public scrutiny of officials in the Lampung Provincial Government," he said.

Was Called to Receive IDR 1 Billion from Mustafa

The Deputy Governor of Lampung, Chusnunia Chalim alias Nunik, was once said to have received IDR 1.15 billion from the former Central Lampung Regent Mustafa, which was obtained from the proceeds from the dowry for purchasing seats for the National Awakening Party (PKB) to run for the 2018 Lampung Governor Election. The dowry that Mustafa gave to PKB at that time was IDR 18 billion.

This was revealed in the trial of the bribery case for the procurement of goods and services which dragged the name of the former Central Lampung Regent Mustafa at the Tanjungkarang District Court, Bandar Lampung. Last Thursday, March 4 2021.

One of the witnesses, a former PKB politician, Midi Iswanto, handed over the money to Chusnunia Chalim.

"After the receipt did not go out to Mustafa, I intended to return the IDR 18 billion. However, at that time only IDR 14 billion was delivered, because the rest was used by a number of PKB officials, one of which was PKB chairman Nunik," said Midi in court.

At that time, Midi handed over IDR 150 million to Nunik, which was used to pay for the builders, then handed over another IDR 1 billion to prepare for the 2019 elections through a member of the DPR RI Commission XI of the PKB faction at that time, Ela Siti Nuryana. The rest of the money was given to PKB administrators starting from IDR 25 million for 13 DPCs throughout Lampung, 15 Syuro Councils, and IDR 50 million for the Lampung PKB DPW Secretary at that time Okta.

"Then the money was used by Mutaqim IDR 1 billion and IDR 180 million for Musa Zainuddin's installments. The rest was for other PKB officials, paying lawyers, and also for expert witnesses for Musa Zainuddin's trial," said Midi.

Responding to these accusations, Chusnunia Chalim alias Nunik, who was also present at the trial as a witness, denied having received money from the former Central Lampung Regent Mustafa regarding his candidacy in the 2018 Lampung Governor Election.

Nunik denied all of the witnesses' statements which stated that his party received money from Mustafa to get the boat for the National Awakening Party (PKB) during the Lampung gubernatorial election.

Initially, the prosecutor questioned Nunik regarding his meeting with Mustafa about the PKB boat for the nomination for governor of Lampung.

"Has the witness ever met Mustafa regarding the PKB boat? Then the witness told witnesses Midi Iswanto and Khaidir Bujung that Mustafa was not making any further offers," said Corruption Eradication Commission prosecutor Taufik Ibnugroho. Thursday, March 4 2021. Then, Nunik denied this.

Then the Corruption Eradication Commission prosecutor again questioned the Rp1 billion received from Midi Iswanto. Nunik again denied the Corruption Eradication Commission prosecutor and said that he had never received any money.

"The truth is, in the files they say that. That's up to your statement," said the prosecutor again.

Taufik continues the issue of the IDR 150 million that Nunik received. Nunik confirmed that he had received the money but borrowed the money from Khaidir Bujung for the construction of the PKB Central Lampung DPC Office.

"The relationship at that time was good with Khaidir Bujung, I borrowed IDR 150 for the cost of the construction of the Central Lampung DPC PKB. I paid IDR 100 million, I haven't paid the remaining IDR 50 million because Khaidir Bujung was also involved with me during the nomination of members of the Lampung DPRD," said Nunik at that time.
