Acting Head of the Lampung Province National Narcotics Agency, Kombes Achmad Ikhsan said, evidence was destroyed in two ways, namely by blending it with cleaning liquid for evidence of methamphetamine. While the cannabis evidence was destroyed by burning.

"The evidence that was destroyed was from the results of arrests during April 2023, with six suspects being arrested," said Achmad, when giving confirmation.

The six perpetrators or couriers who were successfully secured by the Provincial National Narcotics Agency officers namely Holil, Dani Maulana, Habib, Nizam Zulni, M Faisal and Hendri.

The drug couriers had the initials Dani Maulana, Nizam Zulni, and Hendri, with evidence of cannabis type narcotics weighing 5,076.41 grams. Then the drug couriers had the initials M Faisal and Habib and with evidence of methamphetamine type narcotics weighing 1,103.39 grams.

"Meanwhile, the Holil drug courier with evidence of methamphetamine (meth) narcotics weighing 7,443.43 grams," he explained.

He added that his party deliberately destroyed drug evidence and was witnessed by the prosecutor's office, the court and the police.

Invited guests who were also present from the community who were concerned with eradicating narcotics were grenades. (*)
