Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - The Lampung High Prosecutor's Office has named three suspects in the corruption case of cutting performance benefits or employee remuneration at the Bandar Lampung District Attorney's Office. Monday (20/2/2023).
"The three initials LM (Expenditure Treasurer), BR (Head of Personnel and Finance Affairs), and SR (Operator of the State Property Accounting Management Information System / SIMAK BMN), the three of them have been deprecated," said the Assistant for Special Crimes at the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office, Hutamrin when giving information.
Hutamrin explained, after examining several witnesses, the investigation team concluded that there was a criminal act of corruption committed by the person and a special investigation letter had been issued.
"The audit results show state losses of up to 4.12 billion rupiah with a mark up on the amount of employee performance allowances," he said.
The mode used by the person is that when money enters the employee's account, the money is automatically withdrawn to a bank set up by BR on behalf of the Head of the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor's Office.
Then, submit a performance allowance to the bank that is no longer used so you can double claim.
"Previously, Performance Allowances were paid through Bank BNI accounts, but since March 2022 through Bank Mandiri," he explained.
Hutamrin explained that in this case there had been a violation of Article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Corruption.
"The money that was returned was only 964 million rupiah, it was volunteered by employees and some were from the suspect too. The suspect has not been detained, after this there is still further investigation," he concluded. (*)
