Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - Member of the West Tulang Bawang Council, Dedy Robiansyah, was questioned by the police regarding reports of assaulting a young man named Albet Setiawan, 23, on Jalan RA Basyid, TanjungHappy.

The Tubaba Council member was questioned at Unit I of the Bandar Lampung Police Criminal Investigation Unit I for approximately 5.5 hours, or to be precise, starting at 13.00-18.35.

Dedy Robiansyah came escorted by around 7 aides using 3 cars. When he arrived, Dedy came wearing a green shirt and a white mask.

After undergoing an examination at Unit I of the Bandar Lampung Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Tubaba Council Member Dedy Robiansyah was silent and refused to comment to the media crew.

In fact, when he was asked various questions by the media crew, he avoided his name not being Dedy and immediately rushed to the red Honda Jazz with the BE 1292 CN plate, accompanied by two people around him.

Meanwhile, one of the investigators who declined to be named confirmed that Tubaba Council member Dedy Robiansyah had been questioned at the Bandar Lampung Police Headquarters regarding reports of assaulting a young man named Albet Setiawan.

"Yeah, I checked," he said.

The head of the Bandar Lampung Police criminal unit, Kompol Dennis Arya Putra, explained that his party is still continuing to investigate and deepen the case.

The material for Dedy Robiansyah's examination is still related to whether or not there was a criminal incident and the articles that will be applied.

"We want to investigate first and only then determine what article is suspected. In the future, Dedy will be summoned again according to the needs of investigators," he explained.

Previously, a young man named Albet Setiawan was allegedly assaulted by a member of the Tubaba Council, Dedi Robiansyah on Jalan RA Basyid, TanjungHappy, on Tuesday 24 January 2023.

As a result of this abuse, the victim Albert suffered lacerations to his back and hearing loss in his ear as a result of being beaten.
