Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - As many as 730 state civil servants (ASN) or state officials within the Lampung Provincial Government have not submitted a State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN). While in West Lampung alone there are 72 Civil Servants who have not reported their assets. The deadline for reporting is March 31, 2023.

Meanwhile, the total number of state civil servants in Lampung who are required to report their assets is 1,416 people.

Inspector for Lampung Province, Fredy said, only 686 state civil servants or 49 percent had reported their assets. While the remaining 730 state civil servants or 51 percent have not reported.

"We have issued a circular so that ASNs can submit their assets in a timely manner. The deadline for reporting is March 31, 2023," said Fredy, Tuesday (7/2/23).

Fredy revealed, there are two categories of ASN who are required to submit reports on their assets. The LHKPN is specifically for ASNs with positions. Meanwhile ASNs who do not have a position are asked to submit a State Civil Apparatus Wealth Report (LHKASN).

"So all ASN are required to report their assets. Especially for this LHKPN it is a mandatory report for echelon I, II, III officials, school treasurers to school principals at the senior high school and vocational high school levels," he explained.

He warned that ASNs who were late in submitting their LHKPN would receive sanctions in the form of delaying the awarding of performance allowances until those concerned had to report to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

"The penalty for those who are late is that their performance allowance will be postponed. But this is until they report it has just come out. So we ask ASN not to be late, because if they are late they will be categorized as disobedient," he explained.

Member of Commission I of the Regional People's Representative Council of Lampung Province, Wahrul Fauzi Silalahi asked ASN Lampung to immediately fill out the LHKPN. "Don't let these ASNs disobey in reporting their LHKPN. In addition to reporting, you have to be honest, don't let anything be reduced or anything exaggerated," he said.

He also asked the Lampung Provincial Government to provide guidance or assistance to ASNs who find it difficult when reporting their LHKPN.

"If there are those who have difficulties in reporting, of course they must be guided, usually the old ones are confused a lot. So there must be a kind of complaint post," he suggested.

Meanwhile, the West Lampung District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) noted that 136 ASNs are required to report LHKPN.

West Lampung BKPSDM Head, Ahmad Hikami said, employees who are required to report LHKPN include heads of regional apparatuses, expenditure treasurers, auditors or inspectors of the Inspectorate, working groups for procurement of goods and services including sub-district heads.

"Of the 136 civil servants who are required to report their LHKPN, only 64 have reported it. The others are still in the process," said Hikami, Tuesday (7/2/23).

Hikami explained, for employees who are required to report LHKASN starting from the secretary of the OPD, the head of the division, echelon IV, and their derivatives. "If you don't submit a report, of course there will be a minimum sanction of a warning," he said.

Inspector Sudarto through his secretary, Irvan Leonardo, revealed that there were 2,899 civil servants who were required to report LHKASN. "Until today, only 112 employees have reported it," said Irvan.

Irvan appealed to all employees who are listed as obligated to report LHKASN in order to follow up before the specified deadline. (*)
