Kupastuntas.co, West Lampung - The West Lampung Regency Government (Lambar Regency Government) through the Head of the Natural Resources Division Sri Wiyatmi said that the Lambar Regency Government this year received an additional quota for diesel and pertalite fuel oil of 28,941 kilo liters (KL).

This was conveyed by Sri while attending the routine bebakhong activity which was held at the Kagungan Hall of the local regional secretariat, Monday (6/02/2023).

"Based on the results of the coordination meeting last week, the fuel quota in West Lampung received an additional 10,104 KL of diesel fuel, while the pertalite type received a quota of 18,837 KL," said Sri, Monday (6/02/2023).

Sri said this amount was higher than last year's quota, where in 2022 the Lambar Regency Government only received a subsidized fuel quota of 8,545 KL for diesel fuel, and 15,718 KL for pertalite fuel.

"The additional fuel quota has been effective since January 1, 2023. We hope that this additional fuel quota will be able to meet people's needs for fuel, especially diesel and Pertalite," he concluded.

Meanwhile, West Lampung Regional Secretary Adi Utama said he was happy and grateful for the additional subsidized fuel quota given because it can help meet the needs of the community, especially business actors.

Adi Utama hopes that with the addition of the subsidized fuel quota, in the future there will be no more restrictions on the amount of fuel filling, so that people will no longer find it difficult to get subsidized fuel.

"For some time, there has been a shortage of diesel fuel in Lambar, so the General Oil Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) has placed a limit on the amount of fuel refueling. Hopefully, with the increase in quota, there will be no more restrictions in the future," said Adi Utama.

Because according to Adi Utama, fuel is a necessity for business people who use transportation as the main component of running their business. "It will also have an impact on entrepreneurs, both local market traders and traders from outside the city," he concluded. (*)
