The detention of Basuki Wibowo is based on the Warrant for the Arrest of the Head of the Tanggamus District Prosecutor's Office Number: PRINT-02/L. 8. 19/Fd.2/07/2023 July 20 2023, where Basuki Wibowo will be detained for the next 20 days starting from July 20 2023 to August 8 2023.

"Starting today, we have detained the suspect Basuki Wibowo. The suspect will be detained for the next 20 days," said Kejari Tanggamus, Yunardi during a press conference at the local Attorney's Office building, Thursday 20 July 2023 afternoon.
