Feasibility Test for Eid Transportation, Pringsewu District Transportation Service Finds Four Unfit for Roads
Kupastuntas.co, Pringsewu - The Pringsewu Transportation Agency conducted a test for the feasibility of the 2023 Eid transportation at the Gadingrejo Terminal, Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Of the 15 buses inspected, 4 of them were declared unfit for roads.
The Head of Transport and TPS, Ismail representing the Head of the Transportation Service, Bambang Suharmanu said, the four buses were declared unfit for roads because there were several deficiencies such as incomplete administration (letters) and dead taxes.
"Then for the physical starting from bare tires, turn signals and stop lights turn off, wipers don't work and other fittings are not available," said Ismail.
According to Ismail, the drivers of the four buses that were not roadworthy were advised to immediately complete the requirements starting from administration to the physical completeness of the vehicle.
He added that the feasibility test for the 2023 Eid transportation would be carried out for two days. This is because most of the buses that pass through Pringsewu have undergone a feasibility test at the Raja Basa and Kota Agung Terminals.
"Tomorrow, Thursday, April 13, 2023, we will pick up the ball by visiting the bus pool and counters, because if the feasibility test is carried out at the Gadingrejo Terminal, it will be a shame for the passengers to have to wait a long time," he said. (*)
