Kupastuntas.co,
Bandar Lampung - Head of Sukadana Ham Village, Bandar Lampung City, Ferdiana
Sari is suspected of committing extortion against sporadic land management.
One of the
landowners in Sukadana Ham, Rudi Hartono, admitted that he was asked for some
money by the sub-district administration when he arranged for the sporadic
issuance of land certificates.
Unmitigated,
he was asked in a large enough amount to take care of sporadic land measuring
3600 m2, namely IDR50 million.
"I
paid the village head. So the costs vary, one plot measuring 7x12 meters costs
IDR1.5 million. If the area is larger, the cost is IDR2 million per plot,"
said Rudi. Friday, (7/4/2023).
Apart from
himself, many other residents were asked to pay for the sporadic arrangement of
land certificates by the Sukadana Ham Urban Village, Bandar Lampung.
He also
hopes that the Mayor of Bandar Lampung will follow up on the alleged sporadic
extortion that occurred in the Sukadana Ham Village.
"This
extortion is troubling and detrimental to the community. We have also sent
letters of objection and motions of no confidence, of which a copy has been
sent to the Tanjung Karang Barat Sub-District Head, the Mayor of Bandar
Lampung, the Minister of Home Affairs to the President of the Republic of
Indonesia," he explained.
Another
resident, Suryati, also admitted that she was asked for a certain amount of
money to take care of sporadic land measuring 100 m2.
"I
have been asked for IDR500,000, but sporadically it has not been made until
now, the reason for the land is not clear, but the money requested has not been
returned," he said.
After the
incident, he revealed that Sukadana Lurah Ham Ferdiana Sari was hard to find
and was always not at the kelurahan office.
"At
that time I took care of it sporadically with Mr. Supri too. He was asked for IDR1.75 million because of three lots, the sporadic ones have also been
completed," he said.
Meanwhile,
Head of Sukadana Ham Village, Ferdiana Sari, did not want to comment much and
gave detailed information about residents' complaints regarding allegations of
extortion.
"I'm still on the market, I can't comment on anything, I'll
have my legal advisor," he said briefly. (*)
