The Quota for The 2023 Family Hope Program Recipients In Lampung Indonesia Is 420,940 Beneficiary Families

Kupastuntas.co, Bandar Lampung - The Lampung Provincial Social Service noted that in 2023 the number of beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program social assistance in Lampung Province is 420,940 Beneficiary Families spread across 15 districts or cities.

The Head of the Lampung Provincial Social Service, Aswarodi said, there are seven criteria for receiving social assistance through the Family Hope Program, including Direct Cash Assistance for pregnant women, the elderly, toddlers aged 0 years to 6 years, severe disabilities, junior high school students, high school students senior and elementary school students.

"The Family Hope Program is a central government program that aims to reduce poverty. The amount of assistance received is different, depending on which component it includes," said Aswarodi, during a coordination meeting with the Regional Coordinator and the Family Hope Program Coordinator which was held at the Grand Praba Hotel. Monday, 27 February 2023.

Aswarodi explained, with the Social Assistance for the Family Hope Program it was hoped that it could increase the consumption of beneficiary families, beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program, improve the quality of health and increase the educational level of children participating in the Family Hope Program.

"The Family Hope Program itself in Lampung has been around since 2011 and currently covers 229 sub-districts, 2,923 villages. Then it also has 2 Regional Coordinators and 1,665 assistants for the Family Hope Program itself," he explained.

He hoped that with this coordination meeting, all human resources involved in the Family Hope Program would be able to jointly create a common understanding and agreement regarding their respective duties and responsibilities.

"In addition, the basic principles of the implementation strategy for the Family Hope Program can work and create coordination and commitment from relevant agencies in the regions to support the implementation of the Family Hope Program in accordance with predetermined rules," he explained.

Head of Linjamsos Social Service of Lampung Province, Yulya Elva explained, the coordination meeting was a forum for efforts to increase the intensity of cross-sector coordination related to supporting the implementation of the Family Hope Program.

"Hopefully after this there will be strengthening between related agencies as a result of the implementation of the Family Hope Program, as well as to integrate the steps and program synergy of all relevant agencies in supporting the implementation of the Family Hope Program," he concluded. (*)
